TBT: A Quick Look at Maserati’s “Most Irreverent Concept”

For this Throwback Thursday post, we have an interesting tweet from the @Maserati_HQ twitter team. Take a look at the 1971 Maserati Boomerang concept.

The Maserati Boomerang was conceived by legendary Italian automobile designer, Giorgetto Giugiaro. It featured a futuristic aesthetic and a unique dashboard console and steering wheel. Though it was registered as a road car, it spent its whole existence making appearances at dozens of auto shows before being retired and sold to a private party. The sharp angles and aggressive wedge shape would permeate many of Giugiaro’s later designs.

When you think of exclusive luxury, you think of Maserati. At Gold Coast Maserati we have an extensive inventory of premium Maserati vehicles, backed by the very best in customer service.
